Mandie
Hygienist.

Mandie spent her school and college days in Eastbourne, followed by a period working as a Dental Nurse in Eastbourne and in Brighton at the Royal Alexandra Children's Hospital. She then moved away to train as a Dental Hygienist.

She studied at Leeds Dental Hospital, qualifying in 1989. Since then she has worked in dental practices in Yorkshire and Surrey before moving back to Sussex again.

As well as working in general practice, Mandie has worked as a Dental Health Advisor for Marks and Spencer and few years ago took part in a dental aid visit for Romania, which was a wonderful experience.

Acting as the secretary for the local hygienist association, Mandie helps to arrange regular postgraduate meetings and lectures. This helps her keep up-to-date with the ever-changing world of modern dentistry.

When not working, she enjoys music and loves to travel.
