Jenny graduated in Dentistry from the University of Bristol in 1978. Following a short time in general dental practice she returned to a hospital as an SHO in Oral Surgery in Swansea. She then moved to London in 1981 firstly as an SHO in Oral Surgery and Paedordontics at St Georges's Hospital, then as a Registrar in Paedordontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital. She gained her FDS RCPS in 1983 and took up a place on the Orthodontic Postgraduate Course at the Eastman gaining a Dorth and MSc. As a Senior Registrar at St George's and Kings she obtained her M.Orth. For a short period she moved to Belfast and completed her training before taking up her consultant post at Eastbourne District General Hospital in early 1995.

Jenny is married to a Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon and she has two young girls rapidly approaching their teens.

Her area of special expertise is Orthodontics, in particular working with other specialists on multi-disciplinary cases.

When not acting as a chauffeur to her children Jenny's interests include sport, music and wine.
